i was absolutely thrilled to stay at a so-called superior room, but it was dark and tiny, just like a closet. plus, the mattress was so worn out it felt like sleeping on springs! i expected at least a complimentary upgrade for my inconvenience but apparently, they reserve that for other, less fortunate guests. truly disappointing.

Great location and friendly service.
Parts of the hotel were in poor condition. The shower temperature fluctuated rapidly from cool to scalding. Our room also had a chipped sink and water-damaged wooden counter.

This modern hotel boasts a spectacular rooftop gym and clean rooms. Across from a lovely park, the location is brilliant for exploring. The staff is exceptionally friendly, making each moment enjoyable. The rooftop pool is a treat, ideal for lazy afternoons. Breakfast offers a great variety and is worth the extra cost.

Ja, no, this place is nice! The brekkie was solid, with lots to pick from, and the staff were total legends—super friendly. The room was comfy, and I loved the view of the park from my spot, lekker!
